Since 1956, HERMLE centrifuges have been delivered to customers worldwide for over 60 years. Until mid-1993, one of the divisions of Berthold Hermle AG in Gosheim, HERMLE Labortechnik GmbH in Wehingen, evolved into an independent company with 50 employees by the end of 1993. As of July 1, 2022, the company has been part of the METTLER TOLEDO Group.

Since then, the product range has been consistently updated. The individual devices are known for their performance, versatility, and ease of use, and they are used in medicine, research, and industry.

A wide variety of rotors is available for all models. All units are equipped with microprocessor controls, maintenance-free induction motors, and CFC-free cooling.
