Founded in 1994 by Marc Abitbol, the company rapidly achieved significant growth through the launch of cutting-edge products and successful acquisitions, including some companies larger than itself. In 2014, as part of its international expansion, Luneau Technology was looking for a strategic partner. We established a strong relationship with Marc, who was particularly impressed by our partnership approach and international credentials. Over the course of our four-year partnership, we made three acquisitions in France, the USA and China to consolidate its position as world leader.
