Description

NR 41 Electric Hospital Bed by Hill-Rom

The Hill-Rom NR 41 electric hospital bed is a reliable, durable solution designed to meet the needs of both patients and caregivers in various medical settings, from hospitals to care facilities. With its sophisticated design and advanced functionality, this bed enhances patient comfort and ease of use for healthcare providers. The bed’s numerous electric adjustments, including the high-low, backrest, and footrest, ensure that patients remain comfortable while providing ease of positioning. Meanwhile, its manual Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg capabilities offer additional positioning flexibility, ideal for addressing circulatory and respiratory concerns or for improving overall patient comfort.

One of the standout features of the Hill-Rom NR 41 is its smooth electric operation. The bed is powered by a reliable electric system, allowing caregivers to easily adjust the height and positioning of the bed with minimal physical effort. The electric high-low feature allows the bed height to be adjusted from a minimum height of 43 cm to a standard height of 78 cm. This adjustability improves safety, as the bed can be lowered to make it easier for patients to get in and out of bed, reducing the risk of falls. The electric backrest and footrest adjustments ensure patients can find the most comfortable position whether sitting, reclining, or lying down.

In addition to its electric features, the NR 41 also offers manual Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positions, which are essential for patients who require specific head-up or foot-up positioning. These features are often used for medical purposes such as improving circulation or relieving pressure on certain areas of the body. The Trendelenburg functionality also makes it easier for caregivers to carry out procedures, further supporting patient care.

The bed's central brake system is an essential safety feature that ensures stability and prevents unintended movement. This brake system can be activated quickly and easily, securing the bed in place when necessary. The NR 41 does not include side bars, allowing for ease of access and a more open environment for patients who do not require physical restraints.

The Hill-Rom NR 41 has been designed with versatility in mind. The bed includes fittings for a patient holder and an infusion stand, making it adaptable to various medical settings and patient needs. With a length of 214 cm and width of 98 cm, this three-section bed provides ample space for patient comfort while fitting within most standard hospital room configurations. The mattress size for this bed is 85x195 cm, ensuring a snug fit and patient comfort throughout their stay.

Constructed to support a wide range of patient care needs, the Hill-Rom NR 41 also integrates durable materials and advanced technology to ensure longevity and reliability. Its electric system runs on a 220V/50Hz mains supply, ensuring consistent performance in most regions. Additionally, the three-section design makes it easier to adjust the bed according to the patient's positioning needs, while the absence of side bars promotes freedom of movement and a less restrictive environment.
