Comprehensive and Precise Vision Analysis with the ZEISS i.Profiler® plus
The ZEISS i.Profiler® plus is an advanced ophthalmic diagnostic device designed to deliver a detailed and objective mapping of refraction and corneal topography. It integrates four essential diagnostic modules into a single compact unit: a Hartmann-Shack wavefront aberrometer, an autorefractor, an ATLAS corneal topographer, and a keratometer. This functional combination enables a fast and highly reliable assessment of the patient’s visual condition within seconds.
Utilizing Hartmann-Shack wavefront technology up to the 7th Zernike order, the i.Profiler® plus precisely analyzes both high and low-order ocular aberrations. These measurements are crucial for optimizing prescriptions, particularly when combined with ZEISS i.Scription® technology, which enables visual correction accuracy down to 0.01 diopters. By merging objective wavefront data with the patient’s subjective refraction, this technology offers a significant improvement in visual quality, especially under low-light conditions.
The device also stands out for its speed and efficiency: both eyes are automatically measured in approximately 30 seconds. Its intuitive touchscreen interface simplifies operation, ensuring a smooth workflow for the practitioner. In addition to wavefront measurement, the corneal topography module accurately maps corneal shape and curvature using 3,425 data points from 22 rings, including 18 complete rings.
The i.Profiler® plus generates a 2D map of ocular aberrations and axial corneal curvature, allowing not only for in-depth diagnostics but also for detailed monitoring of ocular changes over time. The combination of these data points enables precise customization of corrective lenses and tailored treatments.
Part of the globally recognized ZEISS ecosystem—renowned for optical excellence since 1846—the i.Profiler® plus provides eye care professionals with a complete, reliable, and ergonomic solution for advanced visual diagnostics.
