Description

MEGATRON® MT-FM: The Foaming Solution for Modern Industries

Kinematica's MEGATRON® MT-FM represents a significant advancement in industrial foaming. Developed in collaboration with the University of Zurich (ETH), this next-generation foaming machine is designed to meet the growing needs of the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries. Thanks to its innovative rotor/stator technology, the MEGATRON® MT-FM generates microbubbles between 5 and 10 µm, ensuring dense and uniform bubble distribution in the final product.

This continuous foaming machine is available in various configurations suitable for laboratories, pilot plants, and production facilities. It allows for easy scaling, from formulations of a few liters to large-scale production, thanks to the variety of rotor/stator geometries available. The MEGATRON® MT-FM is equipped with three-phase motors with RECO® speed control, ensuring reliable and efficient performance.

The MEGATRON® MT-FM stands out for its ability to induce air up to 600%, significantly improving the properties of the final products. All parts in contact with the product are made of 316L stainless steel, ensuring optimal compatibility with product dies. O-rings and gaskets are made of durable materials, and the machine is equipped with double mechanical seals for shaft sealing, including a sealing pressure system.

Available in Clean in Place (CIP) and Sterilize in Place (SIP) units, the MEGATRON® MT-FM complies with ATEX and 3A directives, ensuring high safety and hygiene standards. Kinematica sales representatives, in consultation with the engineering department, can recommend and determine the appropriate configuration for any specific application, thus offering a tailor-made solution for every industrial need.
