The AFS 16D combines several purification technologies – pre-treatment, advanced reverse osmosis, bactericidal UV lamp, degassing and terminal sterilising filtration – to deliver ultrapure, degassed water with a resistivity greater than 15 MΩ·cm and a TOC content of less than 30 ppb. This performance ensures full compatibility with clinical analysers, reducing optical and mechanical interference caused by bubbles or impurities.
The intelligence of the AFS 16D also lies in its ease of use. With an intuitive interface with a backlit LCD screen, easy-to-replace purification cartridges and a self-maintenance system (automatic rinsing, disinfection), this water purifier can be easily integrated into routine processes.
