Philips Allura Xper FD10: Excellence in interventional imaging
The Philips Allura Xper FD10 is an interventional radiology system designed to meet the growing demands of modern cardiovascular procedures. With state-of-the-art technology, it enables cardiologists and radiologists to perform complex procedures with unmatched precision while reducing X-ray exposure for patients and medical staff.
This system incorporates a new-generation dynamic flat panel detector, offering high image resolution (1024 x 1024 pixels) with 14-bit depth. It provides clear visualisation of fine anatomical structures, which is essential for accurate diagnosis and treatment. The microprocessor-controlled 100 kW Velara generator ensures constant and reliable power, with customisable settings via Xper modules.
The Xper user interface is fully customisable, allowing healthcare professionals to adapt settings to their preferences and clinical needs. It is available at the examination table and in the control room, facilitating exam management, image processing and dose control.
The system also offers imaging tools such as StentBoost, Allura 3D-CA, CT TrueView, and EP Navigator, which improve the visualisation of stents, coronary arteries, and cardiac structures in 3D. These features enable more accurate planning and execution of procedures.
In terms of safety, the system incorporates DoseWise and SpectraBeam technology, which optimise beam filtration and reduce unnecessary doses. The DoseAware module provides real-time visualisation of X-ray exposure, promoting a safer working environment.
The Allura Xper FD10 is also compatible with DICOM integration systems, facilitating the archiving, retrieval and sharing of medical images. It can be connected to contrast injectors, ultrasound systems such as the CX50, and management platforms such as Xcelera, for a smooth and centralised experience.
The system is available in ceiling-mounted or floor-standing versions, with monitor suspension options, tilting tables, and a wide range of accessories for patient comfort and staff efficiency.
