Description

Ventilog: Reliable and Efficient Anesthetic Ventilation

The Ventilog is a pneumatic anesthetic ventilator designed for adults and children over 5 kg. Its operation without electrical power makes it a safe device for use in hospital environments, especially when combined with flammable anesthetic agents. Compatible with various Dräger anesthesia machine models, it integrates seamlessly into a semi-closed circuit, optimizing gas management while minimizing losses.

With its integrated bellows system, the Ventilog provides constant ventilation with controlled volume and a fixed inspiration-to-expiration ratio of 1:2. It operates exclusively with oxygen or oil-free compressed air, ensuring reliable and secure supply. Its pneumatic control system allows for precise regulation of ventilation frequency, tidal volume, and inspiratory flow rate, ensuring optimal adaptation to the patient's needs.

The modular design of the Ventilog facilitates maintenance and disinfection. Its bellows and patient system are fully autoclavable, ensuring a high level of hygiene between uses. Its ventilation mode can be switched between automatic and manual, allowing for a smooth transition between different phases of anesthesia. Its integration with monitoring equipment such as the Dräger Spirolog or Dräger Capnolog enhances the safety and control of ventilatory parameters.

With an adjustable tidal volume of 50 to 1,600 ml, a working pressure of up to 80 mbar, and a ventilation frequency adjustable between 6 and 40 cycles per minute, the Ventilog meets the demands of modern hospital environments. Its optimized gas consumption makes it a suitable choice for operating rooms where efficiency and resource management are essential.

This ventilator is designed to integrate with Dräger anesthesia systems of the Romulus, Tiberius, Sulla, and Trajan series and can be mounted on a base plate or articulated arm for ergonomic positioning. Its connection to an anesthetic gas scavenging system ensures effective management of expired gas flows, contributing to a safe working environment for medical teams.

The Dräger Ventilog stands out for its robustness, reliability, and compatibility with a wide range of anesthetic equipment. It offers anesthesiologists precise control over ventilation while ensuring patient comfort and safety under anesthesia.
