ARIETTA 850 – High-Precision Ultrasound for All Clinical Disciplines
The ARIETTA 850 is a high-end ultrasound scanner designed to meet the growing demands of the medical sector for diagnostic accuracy, ease of use and clinical versatility. It is based on Pure Symphonic Architecture, a harmonious combination of high-performance transducers, a variable beamformer, a powerful active back-end and a 22-inch OLED screen. This architecture ensures exceptionally pure image rendering with optimal grey scale, reducing shadow areas and interpretation errors.
Equipped with unique piezoelectric crystals and CMUT 4G technology, the ARIETTA 850 offers an ultra-wide frequency range, ensuring increased sensitivity, even in the far field. The advanced eFocusing system delivers consistent image sharpness at all depths, with significantly reduced noise.
The ergonomics have been designed for everyday comfort: flexible monitor arm, dual lockable wheels, intuitive five-switch console and 10.4-inch touchscreen. All of this is aimed at reducing technical gestures and streamlining the examination process. Many functions are automated to reduce handling, such as Protocol Assistant, automatic foetal weight estimation (EFW) and assisted cardiac measurements.
Clinically, the ARIETTA 850 is a comprehensive tool: in cardiology, it offers LV/RA/RA endocardial monitoring, dual-port Doppler and accurate volume measurements; in interventional radiology, it enables real-time needle visualisation (Needle Tracking) and 3D simulation of intervention trajectories. In hepatology, it offers combined fibrosis assessment with RTE and SWM functions, while in obstetrics, prenatal 3D/4D images are refined by the Auto Clipper function.
By integrating functions such as Real-time Virtual Sonography (RVS), Contrast Harmonic Imaging (CHI) and Influx-time Mapping (ITM), the system enables precise navigation between MRI/CT data and ultrasound images.
The ARIETTA 850 features intelligent cable management, six probe ports (four of which are active), and storage space suitable for high data flows. Every detail has been designed to improve diagnostic reliability, productivity and user experience in a demanding hospital or clinic environment.
