With the ARK-F, measurements are entirely automated. As soon as the patient places their chin on the chinrest, an integrated detection camera automatically identifies the eyes and aligns the device, eliminating the need for manual adjustments. The process flows seamlessly, switching from one eye to the other, and concludes with the data being output in printed or digital form.
The ARK-F incorporates cutting-edge technology to deliver reliable and accurate measurements. It is equipped with a super luminescent diode (SLD) and a high-sensitivity CCD sensor, producing clear images even in cases of low reflection or dense cataracts. Its wide pupil imaging method allows refraction measurements over diameters of up to 6 mm while assessing differences between central and peripheral refractions.
