The MATACHANA M30-B Tabletop Sterilizer is a state-of-the-art equipment designed to meet the strictest requirements for medical sterilization. Compliant with the European Standard EN 13060, this device offers Type B sterilization cycles, ensuring maximum safety and optimal performance for sterilizing a wide range of medical materials.

The M30-B is distinguished by its ability to sterilize various instruments, including hollow instruments such as turbines, handpieces, and counter-angles, as well as delicate and wrapped materials. Its compact design and simple operation make it an ideal choice for medical environments requiring efficient resource and time management.

One of the key features of the M30-B is its independent steam generator, controlled by a microprocessor, which enables instant steam generation and rapid sterilization cycles. The powerful vacuum device, equipped with an electromotive vacuum pump and a pre-connected condensation system, ensures optimal deaeration and steam penetration into wrapped instruments, laundry, and hollow products.

The M30-B is also equipped with an independent PT-100 temperature sensor, compliant with the EN 13060 standard, which allows for precise temperature monitoring in the sterilization chamber. A barometrically compensated absolute pressure gauge ensures precise and reproducible control of the sterilization temperature, thus providing reliable sterilization results in accordance with standards.

The cycle duration is self-regulated based on the load, optimizing various parameters to achieve the shortest possible cycle. This feature allows for efficient management of water and steam, reducing energy consumption and operational costs.

The M30-B is equipped with a modem-based diagnostic system, enabling cost-effective problem resolution by connecting the sterilizer to a service station via a PC modem. The diagnostic program reveals fault histories, saving considerable time in case of issues.

In terms of water treatment, the M30-B checks the quality of demineralized water before starting each cycle, preventing any risk of permanent damage to the unit. The two integrated water containers, one for demineralized water and the other for condensed water, are easily accessible and can be removed from the front of the machine.

The M30-B offers five different sterilization programs, each designed to meet the specific requirements of the materials to be sterilized. These programs include quick, short, standard, prion, and a standard program at 121°C for delicate materials. Additionally, two test programs are available for daily checking of the vacuum pump's capacity and air extraction.
