Description

Discover the Cutting-Edge Efficiency: Nidek CP-770 Automatic Chart Projector

The Nidek CP-770 Automatic Chart Projector is a fusion of sophistication and efficiency, bringing all the qualities of our previous model, the 690, but in a more compact and modernized design. Its lighter construction and aesthetically pleasing appearance make it an elegant addition to any ophthalmic office. Additionally, the CP-770 features a maintenance-free LED illumination system, providing a brighter and more consistently high-resolution acuity image.

One of the standout features of the CP-770 is its programming capability, which allows the operator to set up to 33 different charts in any desired order. With just a touch of the remote control, it's possible to advance to the next chart, significantly simplifying the examination process. Whether following a predefined sequence or randomly selecting charts, the CP-770 offers total flexibility to the practitioner during refraction.

To provide an even more precise examination experience, the CP-770 offers sophisticated masking features, allowing the isolation and manipulation of individual horizontal or vertical lines, as well as specific letters, numbers, and characters. Additionally, the device offers a variety of special polarized tests, along with a red/green chart and a separate red/green filter.

The standard selection of 33 charts on the CP-770 covers a wide variety of Snellen charts, illiterate "E" charts, numbers, and pediatric charts. It also includes eleven special charts and two ETDRS LogMar charts, ensuring a comprehensive range of testing options. To prevent patient memorization, the CP-770 provides ten individual 20/20 lines, as well as additional 20/15 and 20/10 lines for patients with more demanding refractive needs.

In addition to its impressive functionality, the CP-770 is fully automated, operated with an infrared remote control. This means that the projector can be conveniently mounted out of the way, whether on a wall mount or a secure shelf or table. The sensitivity of the infrared system allows the remote control to be aimed practically anywhere in the exam room to activate chart selections. Furthermore, the CP-770 comes standard with a special projector screen that maintains the polarization effect, ensuring optimal visual clarity during examinations.

Among its array of technologically advanced features, the CP-770 boasts a proprietary internal brightness control rheostat. This allows users to adjust the brightness intensity of the projected image according to their preferences or specific examination requirements. Additionally, its advanced internal circuitry automatically compensates for any fluctuations in supply voltages or changes in refraction distance, ensuring consistent performance and accuracy.

The CP-770 also incorporates a new optics design for the condensing lens system, resulting in a remarkable 30% increase in the overall projected image quality. This enhancement ensures sharper, clearer visuals for more accurate assessments during examinations. Furthermore, the utilization of a new LED illumination system eliminates the need for halogen bulbs, making the CP-770 completely maintenance-free. The high-intensity white LED not only produces a bright, high-resolution projected image but also eliminates "ghost" images or other shadows commonly produced by traditional bulb systems, further enhancing the quality and reliability of the examination process.

Furthermore, the CP-770 incorporates an optical zoom function, allowing for a variable installation distance without compromising the quality of the projected image. This flexibility in installation ensures that the projector can be adapted to different examination room layouts and configurations, maximizing space utilization and providing greater convenience for both practitioners and patients.

In terms of design, the CP-770 exudes sophistication with its sleek and modern aesthetic. Its compact form factor and streamlined construction not only enhance its visual appeal but also contribute to its ease of integration into any professional setting. Whether mounted on a wall, shelf, or table, the CP-770 complements the overall ambiance of the examination room, reflecting a commitment to both functionality and style. With its combination of advanced features and sophisticated design, the CP-770 sets a new standard for excellence in chart projectors, meeting the diverse needs of modern ophthalmic practices with unparalleled efficiency and elegance.
