BA210 Microscope

The  Motic BA210 microscope is a high-performance optical instrument designed for demanding educational environments. Thanks to its CCIS® (Colour Corrected Infinity Optical System) and EF-N plan achromatic objectives, it guarantees a clear, sharp and distortion-free image. Its ergonomic design, long-life LED or powerful halogen illumination, and features tailored for intensive laboratory use make it the benchmark choice for high schools, universities and medical schools. The BA210 stands out for its robustness, durability and ability to evolve towards digital documentation.

Description

Motic BA210 microscope: optical excellence dedicated to scientific education

The Motic BA210 microscope sets a new standard in educational microscopy. Specially designed to meet the requirements of schools, universities and medical schools, this device combines robustness, ease of use and optical performance. Thanks to its CCIS®(Colour Corrected Infinity OpticalSystem) and multi-coated EF-N Plan Achromat objectives, it provides accurate, faithful and high-contrast observation, even with weakly coloured samples.

This model stands out for its ergonomic design, with a 30° viewing angle and an adjustable interpupillary distance of 55 to 75 mm, offering optimal visual comfort for long periods of use. The BA210 is equipped with a lockable Abbe N.A. 1.25 condenser, designed to prevent misuse by students. The integrated 3W LED lighting guarantees cool, stable and long-lasting light (up to 10,000 hours), while the 6V/30W halogen option allows the light to be adjusted according to the observation methods: phase contrast, dark field or simple polarisation.

Users benefit from robust mechanical components, including a chemical-resistant stage with coaxial control and a surface area of 140x135 mm. The focusing system, with brass gears and torque adjustment, ensures fine adjustment and enhanced durability. All these features make it a reliable and durable instrument, perfectly suited for intensive use in an educational setting.

The BA210 also allows for easy transition to photographic or digital documentation. In the trinocular version, it connects easily to a Moticam camera or a dedicated digital head, transforming the device into a true analysis and training station. This modularity is invaluable for laboratories wishing to illustrate or archive their observations. It also integrates seamlessly into live demonstration protocols, providing teachers with a truly interactive tool.

The BA210 combines optical excellence, educational versatility and manufacturing quality to meet the most demanding teaching requirements. Its adaptability to traditional and digital methods makes this microscope a long-term investment for both educational institutions and laboratories looking for a precise, upgradeable and easy-to-maintain device.
