The Clinox 3A Auto basin washer - Dual function for healthcare
This cleaning device features a dual function:
Sluice Function: The Clinox 3A Auto can be used as a traditional sluice thanks to its top-loading system. It can handle the spillage of liquids and other substances tolerated by a sluice or traditional toilets. Moreover, it is equipped with an integrated flush for performing circular rinsing at the bottom of the tank. This dual functionality ensures impeccable hygiene and contributes to the fight against nosocomial infections. Additionally, its compact size is ideal for limited spaces.
Automatic Basin Washer: The Clinox 3A Auto is designed for the automatic washing and disinfection of medical utensils, thus eliminating the need for manual handling. The opening and closing of the lid, as well as the start of the device, are activated by simply pressing a pedal, significantly reducing the risks of hand-carried infections. The soiled utensil is placed in a basket without the need for manual handling, thus eliminating any direct contact with contaminated parts. The basket automatically tilts when the door is closed, emptying the utensil and automatically starting the washing cycle.
The Clinox 3A Auto features a 7-inch color screen, offering real-time monitoring of each step of the cleaning process. It offers two washing-disinfection cycles for simple and safe use: a short 5-minute cycle for lightly soiled utensils (water, urine) and a long 6-minute cycle for heavily soiled utensils (feces, blood).
The device's thermal disinfection has been validated by the Pasteur Institute of Lille. Washing is performed by 12 stainless steel nozzles, 4 of which are rotating. At the end of the cycle, the door opens slightly to ensure rapid drying of the utensils.
The Clinox 3A Auto basin washer is designed to wash and disinfect various medical utensils, including bedpans, commode buckets, urinals, jars, and toilet seat risers. It can optionally be equipped with supports tailored to the medical service destination.
