Thanks to its exclusive Gram BioLine air distribution system, thermal uniformity is maintained throughout the chamber, even with heavy loads or ambient variations. This system also optimises energy consumption, enabling efficient operation while reducing environmental impact.
The RF600D's robust design includes an interior made entirely of stainless steel, ensuring impeccable hygiene and durability. The model also features high-performance HFC-free polyurethane insulation, injected with an environmentally friendly cyclopentane propellant. It is powered by an R290 refrigerant, also HFC-free, reducing its carbon footprint without compromising its cooling capacity, which reaches 512 W at -25°C.
The RF600D's built-in features enhance the safety of stored products. An electronic MPC control system specific to the BioLine range provides continuous temperature monitoring with audible and visual alarms if thresholds are exceeded. A dry contact (NO/NC) is available for connection to a remote alarm system, ensuring maximum responsiveness in the event of a failure or variation. The control panel can be locked to prevent accidental adjustment of settings.
Designed for maximum flexibility, the interior of the RF600D can accommodate up to 24 shelves or 12 modular drawers. The user can customise the layout to suit their specific needs. A 24.5 mm access port allows the addition of external monitoring sensors or other accessories. The unit can be equipped with castors or mounted on a base at no extra cost for easy integration into any working environment.
The Bioplus RF600D complies with the ATEX Zone 2 directive, allowing it to be installed in areas with explosive atmospheres. This makes it ideal for use in controlled and hazardous environments without compromising on safety.
