Cryotherm's BIOSAFE® MD ß: Complete Solution for Medical Cryopreservation

Cryotherm's BIOSAFE® MD ß is a state-of-the-art cryopreservation solution designed to offer optimal safety and reliability in the storage of biological and medical samples. This system uses liquid nitrogen to maintain ultra-low temperatures down to -190°C, ensuring long-term preservation of samples. The BIOSAFE® MD ß is approved under Directive 93/42/EEC on medical devices as a Class IIa medical device, making it ideal for use in medicine, research and biobanks.

The BIOSAFE® MD ß is designed to be easy to use and maintain. It is made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. The system is also equipped with wheels for easy mobility and a lockable lid for added security.

The BIOSAFE® MD ß offers full gas phase storage capacity, allowing a large number of samples to be stored. The nitrogen supply under the platform is sufficient for up to two weeks, ensuring continuity of operation even if refilling is required. The system is also equipped with redundant hardware for independent monitoring of the minimum and maximum alarm software, providing additional peace of mind.

The BIOSAFE® MD ß is also equipped with a remote monitoring system, CRYO-MESSENGER®, which allows samples to be monitored remotely. This system offers additional peace of mind by ensuring that samples are always stored under optimal conditions.
