The BJPX-C160 offers an internal capacity of 160 litres and a structure made entirely of stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting sterility. The polished interior surface facilitates cleaning and significantly reduces the risk of cross-contamination. One of the great advantages of this incubator is its automatic hot air sterilisation system, which reaches 140°C. This efficient process allows complete disinfection of the chamber without the use of chemicals, ensuring biological safety in every cycle of use.

To ensure precise regulation of the internal atmosphere, the BJPX-C160 is equipped with a highly sensitive infrared sensor that monitors CO₂ levels in real time. This technology guarantees a rapid response to fluctuations and maintains a stable environment, regardless of whether the door is open or closed. Temperature control is provided by a PID microprocessor, which precisely regulates the double-layer envelope heating, minimising temperature variations throughout the chamber.

The incubator also maintains high humidity (≥95% RH) thanks to a water tray at the bottom of the chamber. This prevents cultures from drying out and supports ideal conditions for cell growth. The control interface is intuitive, with an LCD screen providing direct access to temperature, CO₂, timing and alarm settings. The integrated alarm system signals any critical deviation from the defined parameters, providing additional safety for sensitive samples.

The unit benefits from effective thermal insulation, thanks to a triple door including a solid outer door and a tempered glass inner door, allowing clear observation without compromising internal conditions.
