The BJPX-C50 from Biobase is an air jacket CO2 incubator designed to deliver reliable performance and unmatched precision in environmental condition control. With a capacity of 50 litres, this incubator is ideal for research laboratories, medical facilities and industries requiring stable environments for cell culture, microbiology and other scientific applications.
The BJPX-C50's advanced technology is based on an infrared (IR) sensor using dual-channel and dual-filter technology. This system ensures accurate measurement and optimal regulation of CO2 concentration, which is essential for maintaining ideal conditions for sensitive samples. The CO2 control range extends from 0 to 20%, with a uniformity of 0.2% and a resolution of 0.1%, ensuring exceptional stability.
Temperature is also a key parameter in this incubator. Equipped with a PT100 sensor, the BJPX-C50 offers a temperature range from RT+5°C to 60°C, with a fluctuation of ±0.3°C and uniformity of ±0.5°C at 37°C. These features guarantee a homogeneous and accurate environment for samples, minimising the risk of unwanted variations.
The interior of the incubator is made of 304 stainless steel with semi-rounded corners, facilitating cleaning and reducing the risk of contamination. Integrated UV sterilisation adds an extra layer of protection, effectively eliminating microorganisms and ensuring a sterile environment.
The BJPX-C50 is also equipped with safety features, including alarms for excessive temperatures, CO2 concentrations outside the limits, as well as protection against leakage currents and power surges. These features ensure safe and reliable use, even in demanding conditions.
