Huber CC-405w: refrigerated and heated thermostatic bath for optimal temperature control
The CC-405w from Huber is a water-cooled and heated thermostatic bath, specially designed to meet the needs of laboratories and industrial applications requiring precise temperature control. With an operating range of -40°C to +200°C and a temperature stability of 0.02 K, this device ensures constant conditions for your most sensitive processes. Its 5-litre bath volume and optimised heating (1.6 kW) and cooling capacities guarantee reliable performance, even during rapid temperature changes. Its robust stainless steel design, combined with a natural refrigerant that is CFC- and HCFC-free, offers both durability and compliance with environmental standards.
Pilot ONE technology: intuitive interface and full connectivity
The CC-405w is equipped with the Pilot ONE controller, which features a 5.7-inch TFT colour touchscreen for clear and intuitive navigation. Thanks to its icon- and colour-coded menu system, access to essential functions is quick and easy. Pilot ONE also includes a multilingual technical glossary, favourites management and software wizards to simplify settings. Connectivity is provided by Ethernet, USB and RS232 interfaces, enabling remote control and easy integration into laboratory networks. Functionality can be extended via E-grade codes to add optimised control modes, multiple temperature programmes, linear or non-linear ramps and a start-up calendar.
Robust design, safety and long-lasting performance
Designed in accordance with DIN 12876, the CC-405w offers overheating protection and safety classification III / FL, ensuring safe operation. Its integrated pressure and suction pump, with a maximum flow rate of 25 l/min under pressure and 18.5 l/min under suction, meets the circulation requirements of various systems. The water cooling circuit is optimised for inlet temperatures up to 20°C, with a minimum cooling water flow rate of 46 l/h. The choice of high-quality materials, such as 1.4401 stainless steel and copper, ensures a long service life and optimum compatibility with cooling water.
Compact (370 × 460 × 679 mm), this thermostatic bath can be easily integrated into various working environments while offering efficient and quiet operation.
