Huber CC-410 – Refrigerated thermostatic bath for precise temperature control
The CC-410 refrigerated thermostatic bath from Huber is specially designed to meet the needs of research laboratories, development institutes and industrial processes requiring precise and reliable temperature control. It offers an operating range from -45°C to +200°C, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, whether rapid cooling, temperature maintenance or precise heating. The temperature stability of 0.02 K guarantees reproducible results, even for experiments or processes requiring high precision. The bath's useful capacity of up to 22 litres allows you to work with large volumes or samples of various sizes.
Pilot ONE technology for intuitive operation
The CC-410 features the Pilot ONE controller, which combines a 5.7" colour touchscreen interface with clear navigation thanks to a system of icons and colour-coded menus. This controller makes it easy to configure and monitor parameters, with software wizards for optimal settings. The favourites memory and One-Click function provide quick access to essential functions. Thanks to its USB, Ethernet and RS232 ports, it can be connected to a computer or integrated into a network for remote control and data transmission. Functionality can be expanded via E-grades, such as True Adaptive Control mode, multi-step programming or multi-point calibration.
Robust design and environmentally friendly
Made of stainless steel, the CC-410 ensures maximum durability and corrosion resistance, even in demanding environments. Its air-cooled refrigeration unit uses R-452A refrigerant, which is CFC- and HCFC-free, complies with environmental regulations and has a low impact on the ozone layer.
The unit is equipped with a combined pressure and suction pump, offering a flow rate of up to 25 l/min and compatibility with a maximum kinematic viscosity of 50 mm²/s. Integrated safety devices, such as overheating protection in accordance with DIN 12876, ensure safe and reliable operation.
