Huber CC-410wl: a refrigerated thermostatic bath for high-performance temperature control
The CC-410wl from Huber is an air- and water-cooled refrigerated thermostatic bath, specially designed to meet the needs for precision and versatility in laboratory and production environments. With an operating range from -45°C to 200°C, it ensures remarkable thermal stability thanks to an integrated Pt100 sensor and regulation in accordance with DIN 12876. Its stainless steel construction, combined with a CFC- and H-CFC-free refrigeration system using environmentally friendly R-1270 refrigerant with zero global warming potential, guarantees exemplary durability and minimal environmental impact.
Pilot ONE: precise and intuitive control
The CC-410wl is equipped with the Pilot ONE controller, which features a 5.7-inch TFT colour touchscreen. This control system offers smooth navigation, easily identifiable icons and a favourites menu for quick access to essential functions. Available in 13 languages, it also includes a technical glossary, software wizards for configuration and the option to upgrade functionality via E-grade options. The Exclusive edition offers optimised adaptive control, multi-step programming and multi-point calibration, while the Professional edition extends programming to 10 programmes and 100 steps with advanced temperature gradient management.
Performance, connectivity and robustness
This model offers heating power of up to 3 kW and stable cooling power, even at low temperatures, ensuring reliable thermal control for a wide variety of applications. Its integrated pressure and suction pump provides a maximum flow rate of 25 l/min and a pressure of 0.7 bar, while the suction function reaches 18.5 l/min. Thanks to its Ethernet, USB and RS232 interfaces, it can be connected to a PC for remote control and data acquisition via the Spy software.
With a bath volume of 22 litres and a generous opening, it is suitable for many types of samples and experimental setups.
