The Huber CC-415 is a refrigerated and heated bath circulator designed for applications requiring precise and constant temperature control. Operating in a range from -40°C to +200°C, it offers great versatility for multiple processes. Thanks to its robust stainless steel design and an air cooling system using environmentally friendly R-452A refrigerant, this model guarantees durability, reliability and environmental compliance. Pilot ONE: an intuitive interface for optimal control
The CC-415 is equipped with the Pilot ONE controller, featuring a 5.7-inch TFT colour touchscreen for smooth and clear navigation. Its multilingual interface (13 languages available, including English) incorporates an intuitive menu system, a technical glossary, easily identifiable icons and colour-coded menu categories to simplify everyday use. Features such as the favourites menu, One-Click navigation and software assistants make it easy to quickly configure settings. USB and network connectivity enable remote control and data transmission using Spy software, allowing integration into IT systems or quality monitoring protocols.
Versatility and pumping performance
The CC-415 is equipped with a variable speed pump capable of delivering up to 25 l/min at pressure and 18.5 l/min at suction, with maximum pressures of 0.7 bar and 0.4 bar respectively. These characteristics ensure optimum adaptation to different experimental setups and industrial processes. The device is also equipped with overheating protection in accordance with DIN 12876, ensuring safety and reliability in all operating conditions. Its modular design allows additional functions to be added via E-grade options, such as adaptive TAC control, programming of complex thermal sequences or the activation of specific control modes.
With its compact dimensions (410 x 480 x 764 mm) and weight of 60 kg, it can be easily integrated into various technical environments while offering high cooling capacity at different temperatures, from 1.2 kW at 20 °C to 0.05 kW at -40 °C.
