Pilot ONE: intuitive control and extended connectivity
The CC-510w is equipped with the Pilot ONE controller, a modern control system combining a 5.7-inch TFT colour touchscreen, icon-based navigation and quick access to settings via a favourites menu. This controller includes a multilingual technical glossary and offers full connectivity via USB, Ethernet and RS232 interfaces, facilitating network integration, remote control and data transmission.
The Pilot ONE offers several levels of functional expansion thanks to E-grades. The Exclusive version includes TAC adaptive control, selectable control modes, a 3-programme scheduler, linear ramp function and multi-point calibration. The Professional version extends these capabilities with 10 programmes, linear and non-linear ramps, a second setpoint, an administrator menu and calendar-based start-up.

The CC-510w complies with DIN 12876 safety standards and features adjustable overheating protection. Its water-cooled chiller optimises energy consumption according to operating conditions. The ozone-friendly R-452A refrigerant ensures compliance with international regulations.
