CC-520w Huber: high-performance refrigerated and heated thermostatic bath
The Huber CC-520w is a high-performance refrigerated and heated thermostatic bath designed to meet the needs of industrial and research environments. Its operating temperature range, from -55°C to +200°C, allows processes requiring both rapid cooling and powerful heating to be carried out. With remarkable thermal stability of 0.02 K at -10 °C, it guarantees constant and reliable conditions for demanding applications such as material testing, environmental simulation, and chemical and pharmaceutical processes.
Pilot ONE technology for intuitive and comprehensive control
At the heart of the CC-520w is its Pilot ONE controller, featuring a 5.7-inch colour touchscreen with a clear and ergonomic interface. This system includes an intuitive menu with icons, a technical glossary and multilingual support in 13 languages, making it easy to use. It can also be customised via favourite menus, an upgradeable graphic display and programmable functions, thanks in particular to E-grade extensions that offer additional options such as TAC adaptive control, multi-step programming, ramp functions and 5-point calibration. USB, Ethernet and RS232 connections ensure smooth integration of the into networks or supervision systems and enable remote control and data transfer via the Spy software.
Robust design and optimised performance
The CC-520w is equipped with a variable speed pressure and suction pump, ensuring a maximum flow rate of 25 l/min under pressure and 18.5 l/min under suction, with compatibility for fluids with a kinematic viscosity of up to 50 mm²/s. Its water-cooled refrigeration unit, using R-452A refrigerant without CFCs or HCFCs, guarantees high cooling capacity, reaching 5 kW at 100°C, 20°C and 0°C, and 3 kW at -20°C. The stainless steel tank offers a useful volume of 17 litres (minimum 15 litres), and the design of the casing and internal components ensures durability and corrosion resistance. This model complies with DIN 12876 standards, with overheating protection and IP20 protection .
