Huber CC-805: high-precision refrigerated and heated thermostatic circulator
The Huber CC-805 is a device designed to provide precise and reliable temperature control in a wide range of applications, from scientific research to industrial processes. With a temperature range from -80 to 100°C, it is suitable for both deep cooling and controlled heating operations. Its thermal stability of 0.02 K at -10°C guarantees constant conditions, which are essential for experiments, quality tests and processes requiring a stable temperature over long periods. The unit features a stainless steel bath, a CFC- and HCFC-free air-cooled refrigeration unit, and a variable-speed pump that can operate in pressure or suction mode.
Pilot ONE: intuitive interface and scalable features
The CC-805 incorporates the Pilot ONE controller, a modern control system with a 5.7-inch TFT colour touchscreen for clear and fast navigation. Easy-to-remember icons, colour-coded menus and direct access to favourite settings simplify everyday use. This controller offers an integrated technical glossary, multilingual support (13 languages) and the option of connecting to a computer via USB or Ethernet. Data can be transmitted and controlled remotely using Spy software. Scalability is ensured by E-grades, which allow the addition of features such as True Adaptive Control (TAC), multiple temperature programmes, linear or non-linear ramps and multi-point calibrations.
Versatility, robustness and industrial integration
With a bath volume of 5 litres and an ergonomic opening, the CC-805 is suitable for a wide range of configurations. Its pump delivers up to 25 l/min at 0.7 bar pressure and 18.5 l/min suction, enabling efficient supply to external closed circuits. The device is built to last, with corrosion-resistant materials and a design that complies with DIN 12876 standards. USB, Ethernet and RS232 connections facilitate integration into automated or connected environments. Its low noise level, combined with its consistent thermal performance, makes it an ideal tool for laboratories where precision and reliability are paramount.
