CC-902 Huber – High-performance refrigerated thermostatic bath for industrial and laboratory applications
The CC-902 from Huber is a refrigerated thermostatic bath designed to meet the most demanding thermal control requirements. With an operating range of -90°C to 200°C, it is equally suited to applications requiring deep cooling and precise heating. With a temperature stability of 0.02 K at -10 °C, it ensures reliable and consistent control, which is essential in research, testing and production environments. Its 5-litre bath volume, with a minimum filling capacity of 4 litres, allows for optimal thermal control of fluids, even for complex processes.
Pilot ONE control technology for intuitive and connected use
The CC-902 features the Pilot ONE control system ( ), with a 5.7-inch TFT colour touchscreen and icon-based navigation interface. This intuitive interface provides quick access to essential parameters via a favourites menu and software guides. USB, Ethernet and RS232 connections facilitate communication with a PC or network, enabling monitoring, remote control and data collection via Spy software. Pilot ONE supports 13 languages and can be enhanced with E-grade modules, offering additional features such as adaptive control, intuitive programming and multi-profile management.
Robust construction and optimised pumping performance
Constructed from stainless steel with an integrated evaporator, the CC-902 is designed to withstand demanding environments. Its variable speed pump combines a pressure mode (up to 25 l/min and 0.7 bar) and a suction mode (up to 18.5 l/min and 0.4 bar), ensuring efficient circulation of the thermal fluid in closed circuits. The air-cooled refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly refrigerants (R-452A and R-508B) while maintaining a cooling capacity of up to 1.2 kW at 0°C.
This device is equipped with overheating protection in accordance with DIN 12876, ensuring safety and reliability.
