The Multifuge 3SR offers two intuitive control options to cater to user preferences. The first option, EASYset, features a touch keypad that allows for intuitive control and precise speed adjustments in increments of 10 RPM. The second option, QUIKset®, utilizes a rotary dial that provides tactile feedback, enabling quick adjustments in increments of 100 RPM. Both control systems are designed to provide simple and efficient operation while meeting the diverse needs of modern laboratories. 

The microprocessor-controlled system enhances the accuracy of your experiments by offering comprehensive programming options. The centrifuge features four user-programmable memory slots, along with a pre-temperature program, allowing for rapid, consistent setups for repeat applications. Acceleration and deceleration profiles are customizable with 9/9 settings, and soft braking functionality is available for delicate samples, preserving sample integrity during operation.

Temperature control is an important feature in the Multifuge 3SR, with a range from -9°C to +40°C, maintained using a CFC-free refrigerant for environmental safety. This makes it suitable for temperature-sensitive applications, including cell culture and molecular biology workflows.

Safety is a core focus of the Multifuge 3SR's design. The centrifuge is equipped with electronic imbalance detection, speed- and rotor-dependent monitoring, and automatic rotor recognition to prevent mishandling.
