The Multifuge™ X4FR Pro centrifuge is equipped with Thermo Scientific™ Auto-Lock™ Rotor Exchange Technology, enabling secure and ergonomic rotor exchange in just three seconds, without the need for tools. This feature provides full access to the chamber for easy cleaning and minimizes the risk of contamination. In addition, the centrifuge is compatible with a wide range of rotors, including Fiberlite™ carbon fiber rotors, which offer exceptional durability.

Safety and ergonomics are at the heart of the Multifuge™ X4FR Pro's design. It features SMARTSpin™ technology to optimize safety and maximize acceleration, braking, and residual load balancing for each rotor and bucket option. ClickSeal™ biocontainment lids offer ergonomic, easy-to-use sealing options, with visual and audible closure indications for increased safety.

The Multifuge™ X4FR Pro is also designed to be energy efficient, with compressor scheduling and management features that deliver energy savings of up to 40% over industry-standard protocols. Carbon fiber rotors, weighing up to 60% less than equivalent metal rotors, accelerate and decelerate faster, reducing energy consumption per cycle.

For optimal data management and connectivity, the Multifuge™ X4FR Pro is compatible with Centri-Log™ Plus Data Management Software, enabling remote monitoring and sample tracking with a barcode reader. The optional SECURE-Spin™ mode offers secure control features, compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 for data management and traceability.
