CF-180-PP: reliable protection for demanding laboratory environments
The CF-180-PP ductless hood from TopAir is specifically designed to provide effective protection for users handling acidic and aggressive chemicals. Made entirely of welded white polypropylene, it features an integrated sealed worktop, ensuring maximum corrosion resistance and extending the service life of the workstation. Its sleek design includes an easily removable rear wall for easy maintenance and simplified access to internal components.
The CF-180-PP is equipped with a sliding front window made of tempered glass, combining visibility and safety. It also features a high-end, silent fan manufactured by EBM in Germany, ensuring a constant air flow at a speed of 0.6±0.1 m/s (120±20 FPM), which is essential for maintaining a healthy working environment. A monitor is integrated to indicate the total operating time of the fan, facilitating maintenance monitoring and filter replacement.
The hood has a high-performance filtration system thanks to an upper module equipped with an activated carbon filter, with the option of additional filters such as multi-gas or HEPA filters. This system, coupled with a user-friendly digital control, offers precise control of fan speed, air pressure display, operating time indication and maintenance alarms.
To ensure user comfort, the CF-180-PP is equipped with LED lighting separate from the work chamber, providing energy-efficient brightness of 600 to 800 LUX. This lighting choice optimises visibility without interfering with sensitive operations, while reducing overall energy consumption.
Certified to EN-14175, CE and ASHRAE 110-1995 standards, the CF-180-PP fume cupboard guarantees strict compliance with international requirements. With a noise level of less than 62 dB, it maintains a quiet working environment, even in the most demanding laboratories.
The CF-180-PP also offers excellent ergonomics with a maximum opening height of 570 mm on the front panel, allowing comfortable working while maintaining an effective protective barrier.
