The Toul Meditech TOUL 400 cleaning station is a versatile and mobile unit designed to provide a continuous supply of ultraclean air in operating rooms and general wards. With its floor-standing design, this unit ensures unrestricted access to purified air wherever it's needed most.
Featuring a laminar flow system, the TOUL 400 delivers a steady stream of ultraclean air precisely targeted over the surgical site or any other area requiring purification. Its mobility allows for easy transportation between locations, ensuring flexibility in its use within medical environments.
The TOUL 400 operates by circulating ambient air from the operating room through a HEPA filter, effectively removing bacteria and particles to maintain a sterile environment. Delivered fully assembled and ready for use, it offers hassle-free setup and operation.
Capable of distributing 400 cubic meters of air per hour, the TOUL 400 utilizes a flexible LAFscreen to shape the airflow into a column, ensuring turbulence-free circulation. This airflow remains undisturbed even in the presence of surgical team movements, and the unit's functionality is unaffected by existing ventilation systems.
With an airflow rate exceeding 0.4 meters per second within the defined area, the TOUL 400 is equipped with an intuitive control system for effortless airflow direction adjustment. An integrated camera aids in determining airflow direction, while a built-in sensor ensures the optimal distance from the surgical site for maximum effectiveness.
Additionally, an integrated display allows users to easily monitor and verify the setup, while the integrated camera can transmit video signals to other equipment for enhanced communication and monitoring capabilities. With a weight of 58 kg, the TOUL 400 strikes a balance between mobility and stability, making it an indispensable tool for maintaining sterile environments in medical facilities.
