Description

RWD D180 – CO₂ Incubator for Cell Culture

The RWD D180 is a high-precision CO₂ incubator designed to offer an optimal environment for cultured cells. It allows strict control of temperature and CO₂ concentration through high-quality sensors and a uniform heating system. This device is equipped with a heat-resistant infrared (IR) sensor, ensuring precise readings and optimal CO₂ regulation. Its six-sided heating system ensures rapid and even temperature increase, maintaining a stable environment essential for cell culture.

Hygiene and contamination prevention are at the heart of the D180’s design. It features a 140°C dry heat sterilization system, effectively eliminating pathogens. Additionally, an integrated HEPA filter provides continuous microorganism filtration, creating a safer and cleaner culture environment. Its polished stainless steel interior with copper minimizes contamination risks and facilitates maintenance.

The D180 also stands out for its ergonomics and ease of use. Its 7-inch intelligent touchscreen allows real-time monitoring of culture parameters and automatic data recording over seven days, displayed as curves. An external USB port enables fast and convenient data export. The removable shelves and coved corners simplify cleaning, while the door handle design ensures comfortable opening. An optional stand with casters allows easy mobility of the incubator.

Safety is also a key feature: the D180 is equipped with multiple alarm systems, alerting users to temperature anomalies, CO₂ fluctuations, or prolonged door openings. These features make it an essential tool for laboratories conducting research in stem cells, immunology, neurobiology, and oncology.
