Precision and Convenience: The CORIO CD-B17 Heating Circulator
The CORIO CD-B17 from Julabo is a high-performance heating circulator designed for internal and external applications, offering precise temperature control up to +150 °C. Featuring an open stainless steel bath and PID1 control, this device is ideal for demanding laboratory environments requiring constant thermal regulation. Whether in research, quality control or industrial environments, the CD-B17 guarantees reliability, flexibility and ease of use.
Its bright white LED display ensures excellent readability, even from a distance, while the intuitive keypad allows for quick temperature adjustments. The device supports absolute temperature calibration (ATC) with one-point calibration, ensuring accurate measurements across a wide range of applications. With a temperature stability of ±0.03 °C and a resolution of up to 0.01 °C, the CORIO CD-B17 offers precise control for sensitive processes.
The circulator is equipped with a pressure-controlled immersion pump with a flow rate of up to 15 l/min and a pressure of 0.35 bar, making it suitable for open or closed loop systems. Switching between internal and external circulation is easy thanks to a front-mounted lever, and the angled M16×1 pump connections facilitate pipe installation. Two barb fittings (ID 8/12 mm) are included for immediate use.
Designed for Safety and Convenience
The Julabo CORIO CD-B17 features user-friendly features that enhance safety and convenience. The integrated timer function allows you to set an operating time from 0 to 999 minutes, with automatic shut-off and an audible alarm at the end of the cycle. An early low-liquid-level warning system provides visual and audible signals, allowing users to refill the bath before it stops, ensuring continuous operation and protecting sensitive samples.
The stainless steel tank offers a useful volume of 13 to 17 litres with an opening of 30 × 18 cm and a depth of 20 cm, suitable for a wide variety of containers. The integrated drain screw (except on the B5 model) facilitates liquid replacement and cleaning. Rubber feet ensure optimum stability, preventing accidental movement and protecting surrounding equipment.
Connectivity is also a strong point: the CD-B17 has a USB interface for remote control and data recording, allowing easy integration into digital laboratory environments. All controls and safety features are accessible on the front panel, simplifying operations and reducing training time. The lockable power socket adds an extra layer of security, ensuring a reliable electrical connection during use.
German Excellence: Quality and Reliability
