The SW-6000 uses a Placido disk-based measurement mode with 31 rings to provide detailed corneal topography data. Analysis maps include axial curvature, tangential curvature, elevation, simulated keratometry, and 3D representation of the cornea, all with a fixed or custom color scale. The measurement accuracy is +/- 0.02 mm, ensuring reliable results.

The device has a radius of curvature measurement range from 5.5 mm to 10 mm (equivalent to 33.75D to 61.63D), allowing for comprehensive corneal evaluation. It can be connected to a desktop computer or laptop for data analysis. Additionally, it is equipped with a high-quality color inkjet printer for image output.

The SW-6000 is designed to offer great adjustment flexibility with adjustable movement ranges for convenient use. It can be adjusted from left to right over a range of 0 mm to 86 mm, front to back from 0 mm to 40 mm, top to bottom from 0 mm to 30 mm, and the chin rest can be adjusted from 0 mm to 50 mm for maximum patient comfort.

Furthermore, the SW-6000 topographer has special functions such as the ability to fit contact lenses to the cornea and detect keratoconus, making it a versatile tool for vision professionals.
