The Erweka ZT 722 is part of the ZT 720 series, specially developed to automate and standardise the disintegration testing process for solid dosage forms. Data management is at the heart of the ZT 722's operation. With 4 GB of internal memory, it can store up to 100 methods and approximately one million results, providing complete traceability of analyses. The device also offers USB and LAN interfaces, allowing data to be exported in XML or CSV formats for seamless integration into existing laboratory management systems.
The intuitive touchscreen simplifies method configuration, test initiation and result viewing. In addition, a backup system via USB or SD card ensures the security of critical data. The device also supports IQ/OQ/PV validation procedures, facilitating qualification and regulatory compliance.
