The AT 70smart is the benchmark in automated dissolution for pharmaceutical laboratories. This innovative system simplifies the entire dissolution process, from media preparation to sample analysis and final cleanup. Thanks to its fully automated operation, it allows for continuous test runs without human intervention, ensuring increased productivity and optimal reliability.

One of the main advantages of the AT 70smart is its ability to manage up to 40 test batches in sequence. It also allows the use of up to 8 different dissolution media, making it ideal for formulation studies and DoE (Design of Experiments) screening analyses. Its HollowShaft™ automatic sampling system minimizes hydrodynamic disturbances, ensuring reproducible results that comply with international pharmacopoeia requirements.

This device integrates advanced WinSOTAXplus software, compliant with 21 CFR Part 11, which ensures complete traceability and secure data management. Automated sample collection and filtering via the FS 7 Filter Station and the CP 7-35 pump improves analytical accuracy by reducing human variability. The system can be coupled with UV-Vis spectrophotometers or LC analyzers, providing maximum flexibility for data processing.
