The Dopplex® Ability Automatic ABI System transforms the management of vascular diseases by offering fast, simple and reliable measurement of the ankle-brachial index (ABI). Unlike oscillometric systems, its patented volume plethysmography technology guarantees accurate detection of blood pressures, even in the presence of low blood flow.

Its ergonomic and portable design allows for optimal use in a doctor's office, hospital setting or home care, facilitating access to peripheral arterial disease (PAD) screening. In just 3 minutes, the device provides accurate bilateral measurements, without the need for the patient to rest, reducing consultation time and improving the efficiency of care.

One of the major assets of the Dopplex® Ability is its ability to record ankle pulsatile volume waves, providing visual evidence of blood flow and aiding in the diagnosis of patients suffering from arterial calcification, particularly diabetics. Its integrated printer and DR4 software allow instant archiving and easy integration into electronic medical records.
