Duetto MT: Combined Laser Technology for High-Precision Dermatological Treatments
Quanta System's Duetto MT combines two complementary laser sources, 755 nm Alexandrite and 1064 nm Nd:YAG. This combination, available in single or mixed emission, significantly expands clinical indications and optimises results. Mixed Technology allows the proportion between the two wavelengths to be precisely adjusted, offering customised parameters for each patient and skin type. In simultaneous emission, the Duetto MT excels in permanent hair removal thanks to complete denaturation of the hair follicles while reducing the epidermal temperature for increased safety, even on high phototypes. In sequential mode, it excels in the treatment of vascular lesions and skin rejuvenation, taking advantage of the specific absorption of haemoglobin and methaemoglobin to maximise effectiveness while reducing the fluences required.
Versatility and Customisation of Protocols
With spot sizes of up to 18 mm, a wide range of pulse durations from 0.3 to 300 ms and a frequency of up to 10 Hz, the Duetto MT allows large areas to be treated quickly while ensuring optimal precision on delicate areas. The integration of a contact or air skin cooling system improves patient comfort and reduces the risk of thermal effects. In addition, it can be equipped with TWAIN handpieces. The TWAIN IPL is designed forhair removal, pigmented lesion treatment, acne management and photorejuvenation, while the TWAIN 2940, based on an Er:YAG laser, is designed for ablation procedures, skin resurfacing and collagen stimulation.

The Duetto MT is suitable for a wide range of medical and dermatological applications, from permanent hair removal on all skin types, including dark skin, to the treatment of vascular lesions such as telangiectasia on the face and legs, spider veins and other benign lesions.
