DZ-1BC II vacuum drying oven: precise drying performance for sensitive materials
The DZ-1BC II vacuum drying oven from Faithful is a piece of equipment specially designed to meet the drying needs of heat-sensitive materials that are prone to oxidation or decomposition when exposed to air or high temperatures. This model operates by thermal conduction through four heating walls, a process that allows heat to be transferred evenly via the internal shelves. This method promotes uniform drying while significantly reducing the risk of sample deterioration.
The internal structure of the chamber is made entirely of stainless steel, ensuring not only optimal durability but also excellent corrosion resistance. The outer wall is made of cold-rolled steel sheet with an electrostatic coating, offering enhanced strength and protection against mechanical and chemical attack. Insulation is provided by a layer of high-quality, CE-certified aluminium silicate cotton, which minimises heat loss and ensures better thermal stability.
Process observation is facilitated by a double-glazed window consisting of tempered inner glass and an outer protective resin plate, providing safety and visibility. The thermostable silica gel seal, injected at the door inlet, ensures excellent vacuum closure with a high level of tightness. Vacuum control is precise thanks to a pointer-type pressure gauge with ±1 class accuracy, and a 6 mm diameter nozzle allows connection to vacuum accessories.
The oven reaches a maximum temperature of 250°C with a temperature rise time of 80 minutes and a control accuracy of ±1°C. The thermal resolution is 0.1°C, controlled by a dual-section digital PID system. The user interface is intuitive thanks tothe two-line digital LED display, which separates the measured temperature from the target temperature. The DZ-1BC II model also supports timing up to 9999 minutes, with timer, internal parameter lock and power-off memory functions.
This model is ideal for laboratory use in applications requiring an inert atmosphere or maximum reduction of oxygen exposure. It has two shelves and a support frame and can be supplemented with optional accessories such as a connection tube, vacuum pump or vacuum pump filter.
