LAUDA ECO E 4 G thermostat – Precision and performance for temperature control
The LAUDA ECO E 4 G is much more than just a thermostat: it is a complete thermal control solution designed to meet the most stringent requirements of modern laboratories, research centres and industrial environments. Thanks to its robust design, functionality and ease of use, it is an essential tool for professionals who demand precision and reliability.
This model is equipped with a TFT colour display that simultaneously shows the actual and set temperatures, while graphically illustrating the temperature profile. This intuitive visualisation allows for constant and efficient process monitoring. Menu navigation is smooth and user-friendly, facilitated by a cursor and a flexible keyboard. A dedicated Tmax button allows you to safely manage overheating situations.
The thermostat is based on an electronic PID controller, guaranteeing exceptional thermal stability of ±0.01 K. It is safety class III, making it suitable for use with flammable and non-flammable liquids. The LAUDA Vario pump, adjustable to six levels, allows the flow rate between internal and external circulation to be adjusted without direct contact with the liquid, ensuring maximum flexibility.
The system is expandable thanks to interface modules (analogue, contact, RS 232/485, Profibus, Ethernet-USB) and can be remotely controlled via a Pt 100/LiBus module and a Command console. An integrated programmer allows up to 150 temperature/time segments to be defined across five programmes, offering advanced customisation of thermal cycles.
The stainless steel bath is equipped with a drain valve to facilitate the change of heat transfer fluid. The pump connections are made of metal with a standard M 16 x 1 thread, ensuring a reliable and durable connection.
