LAUDA ECO RE 1225 G cooling thermostat: precision, efficiency and safety in temperature control
The LAUDA ECO RE 1225 G cooling thermostat is a state-of-the-art device designed to provide extremely precise and reliable temperature control in a wide range of scientific, industrial and research applications. It is based on state-of-the-art microprocessor technology, integrated into a compact unit, and operates over a wide temperature range from -25 °C to 200 °C, suitable for both cooling and heating operations.
The thermostatic bath system is equipped with a clear and intuitive colour TFT display, allowing simultaneous display of actual and set values. In addition, the temperature curve can be viewed graphically, providing accurate monitoring and control of the thermal process. Thanks to a user-friendly menu in plain language and soft navigation keys, parameter configuration is quick and easy. A dedicated "Tmax" button provides protection against overheating, further enhancing operational safety.
Temperature regulation is provided by a continuous electronic controller with PID action, guaranteeing stability of ±0.02 K. The device complies with safety class III, allowing it to be used with flammable and non-flammable liquids. The integrated Vario pump has six performance levels and allows the flow rate between internal and external circulation to be adjusted even during operation without direct contact with the bath.
The LAUDA ECO RE 1225 G also offers extensive connectivity with a USB interface as standard and the option of adding various interface modules (analogue, contact, RS 232/485, Profibus, Ethernet-USB). It is compatible with a Pt 100/LiBus module for external control and remote control via the Command console. The integrated programmer supports up to 150 temperature/time segments, divisible into five separate programmes, facilitating automation and reproducibility of thermal sequences.
The stainless steel bath tank is equipped with a drain valve for safe handling of liquids. The condensation cooling system uses a natural refrigerant (R-290), reducing environmental impact while maintaining optimal performance. The cooling capacity varies depending on the temperature, ranging up to 0.3 kW at 20 °C and adjusting to lower values at -25 °C, ensuring precise adaptation to process requirements.
The device has compact dimensions (250 x 435 x 624 mm) and weighs 31 kg. It is powered by 230 V / 50 Hz via a CEE7/7 angled plug. This thermostat is the ideal tool for demanding users who require precision, safety and adaptability in their thermal applications.
