LAUDA ECO RE 2025 G refrigerated thermostat – Performance, safety and flexibility at the heart of temperature control
The LAUDA ECO RE 2025 G refrigerated thermostat is designed to meet the most stringent thermal control requirements in scientific, technical and industrial environments. With an operating temperature range from -25 °C to +200 °C, this device ensures precise, stable and safe control of liquids, particularly in applications involving flammable substances.
The device incorporates microprocessor technology combined with fully electronic PID control. This design ensures reliable and constant control with a temperature stability of ±0.02 K. The device is equipped with a colour TFT display that simultaneously shows the actual and set temperatures as well as a graphical curve of the temperature control. This interface makes it easy to navigate the menu using directional keys, soft function keys and a special key for overheating protection (Tmax).
Safety is a priority with the LAUDA ECO RE 2025 G: classified in category III according to DIN 12876, it can be used with flammable and non-flammable liquids. An over-temperature cut-off system is available and adjustable via the menu, enhancing protection against extreme conditions.
Fluid circulation is managed by a Vario pump with six adjustable performance levels , allowing precise adjustment of the flow rate between internal and external circulation, even during use and without contact with the bath. This feature provides great flexibility for adaptation to the specific requirements of each process.
In terms of connectivity, the model is equipped with a standard USB port and can be enhanced with additional modules: analogue, contact, RS 232/485, Profibus or Ethernet-USB. For remote or external control, a Pt 100/LiBus module is available, compatible with a Command console. The integrated programmer allows up to 150 temperature/time segments to be managed, divided into five separate programmes, promoting process automation and repeatability.
Its stainless steel tank, with a useful volume of 14 to 20 litres, is equipped with a drain valve for easy maintenance. Air condensation cooling uses natural refrigerant R-290 (GWP 3) to minimise environmental impact.
Thanks to its compact dimensions (350 x 570 x 624 mm) and weight of 40 kg, the LAUDA ECO RE 2025 G fits easily into a variety of workspaces. It is powered by a cord with a CEE7/7 angle plug for 230 V, 50 Hz mains supply.
