LAUDA ECO RE 2025 S – High-performance cooling thermostat
The LAUDA ECO RE 2025 S is a cooling thermostat designed to offer optimum performance and enhanced safety in laboratory environments and industrial applications. Featuring the latest in thermal control technology, this model embodies precision in the field of temperature control.
This thermostat incorporates a high-performance cooling system using traditional refrigerants in accordance with European regulations (EU 517/2014 on fluorinated gases). It provides a wide temperature range from -25 °C to +200 °C, allowing it to be used with a wide range of fluids, including flammable liquids. Thanks to its safety classification III, it can be used with confidence in sensitive environments.
Its electronic controller with PID action offers remarkable stability of ±0.02 K. Menu navigation is in plain language, facilitated by a monochrome LCD graphic display that simultaneously shows the actual and set values. Parameter entry is intuitive via arrow keys and function keys, with a dedicated Tmax button for overheating protection.
The device includes a six-stage adjustable vario pump, allowing precise adjustment of the flow rate between internal and external circulation, even during operation. This flexibility of control improves heat transfer efficiency without direct contact with the bath.
The bath is made of stainless steel and has a drain valve for easy maintenance. Its capacity varies between 14 and 20 litres, with internal dimensions of 300 x 350 x 160 mm. The entire unit is compact, with overall dimensions of 350 x 570 x 624 mm and a weight of 36 kg.
The system is upgradeable thanks to various interface modules available: analogue module, contact module, RS 232/485 module, Profibus module and Ethernet-USB module. External control is also possible via the Pt 100/LiBus module or a Command console.
It includes an integrated programmer with up to 20 segments for complex applications. Power is supplied via a NEMA 6-20P plug, compatible with a voltage of 220 V at 60 Hz.
