The LAUDA ECO RE 415 S is a state-of-the-art refrigeration thermostat developed to provide reliable, precise and versatile temperature control in scientific, industrial and technical environments. Thanks to its robust design and sophisticated control electronics, this model is an ideal solution for applications requiring rigorous thermal management, whether for flammable or non-flammable liquids.
At the heart of the device is microprocessor technology, which enables fully electronic temperature control with an accuracy of ± 0.02 K. The integrated PID controller ensures continuous optimal adjustment, guaranteeing stable thermal conditions even in critical applications.
The monochrome LCD display allows simultaneous viewing of the actual and desired temperatures. The user interface has been designed for intuitive navigation via directional and function keys. A dedicated overheating protection (Tmax) key is also available to enhance operational safety. In addition, a clear menu system makes the device accessible to all users.
The LAUDA ECO RE 415 S is equipped with a vario pump offering six adjustable performance levels. This system allows precise adjustment of the flow rate between internal and external circulation during operation, without direct contact with the bath. This significantly increases flexibility and safety of use.
The bath tank is made of stainless steel and equipped with a drain valve, facilitating maintenance and liquid replacement. The pump connections are fitted with standard 13 mm plastic fittings. For cooling, the model uses an air condenser and R-134a refrigerant, which complies with European legislation on fluorinated gases.
The unit complies with safety class III and can be used with flammable liquids. An overheating shut-off can be configured from the menu.
In terms of connectivity, a USB interface is standard, and several add-on modules are available: analogue module, contact module, RS 232/485 module, Profibus and Ethernet-USB. A Pt 100/LiBus module allows external monitoring and remote control via a console.
The LAUDA ECO RE 415 S also includes a programmer for thermal processes, capable of managing a programme containing up to 20 segments. This allows sophisticated automation of heating or cooling procedures.
Compact and powerful, this thermostat has overall dimensions of 180 x 350 x 546 mm and weighs 20 kg. It is powered by 230 V at 50 Hz and is equipped with a power cable with an angled plug compliant with BS1363.
