LAUDA ECO RE 420 G refrigerant thermostat: performance for thermal control
The LAUDA ECO RE 420 G is a high-precision refrigeration thermostat designed for professional environments requiring rigorous temperature control. The large colour TFT display shows the actual and setpoint values simultaneously, as well as a graphical representation of the temperature profile, facilitating analysis of temperature cycles. Menu navigation is intuitive, with clear instructions, allowing users to get started quickly. Parameters are easily entered using directional keys and function keys, with a dedicated key for overheating protection (Tmax).
Safety is enhanced by safety class III, which allows the use of flammable and non-flammable liquids. The device incorporates an overheating cut-out, which can be adjusted directly via the menu, ensuring optimum protection for the equipment and users.
The vario pump system offers six adjustable performance levels, with a maximum flow rate of 22 litres per minute and a pressure of 0.6 bar. The user can control the flow between internal and external circulation, even during operation, without having to interact directly with the bath.
The LAUDA ECO RE 420 G can be enhanced with the addition of interface modules such as RS 232/485, Profibus, Ethernet-USB or analogue and contact modules. A Pt100/LiBus module also allows external or remote control via the Command console, increasing flexibility and integration into existing control systems.
In terms of design, the tank is made of stainless steel with a practical drain valve. The pump connections are metal with a standard M16 x 1 thread, ensuring robustness and compatibility with industrial accessories. The condensation cooling system uses R-134a refrigerant, which complies with European legislation on fluorinated gases.
Compact and lightweight, the unit has overall dimensions of 180 x 396 x 555 mm and weighs 22 kg. It is powered by 100 V at 50/60 Hz, with a cable fitted with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
