LAUDA ECO RE 630 G control thermostat: power, precision and adaptability for demanding laboratories
The LAUDA ECO RE 630 G is a high-end solution for temperature control in scientific and industrial environments. Designed to operate efficiently in a wide temperature range from -30 °C to 200 °C, this model guarantees temperature stability of ±0.02 K, meeting the most stringent requirements for precision.
This thermostat stands out for its flexibility of application, as it can be used both inside and outside the bath. With a heating capacity of 2.6 kW, it is able to quickly reach the desired temperatures. Its cooling system, measured with ethanol, delivers a capacity of 0.3 kW at 20 °C, 0.24 kW at 0 °C, 0.1 kW at -20 °C, and 0.02 kW at -30 °C, making it particularly effective for low-temperature applications.
With an intuitive text display, the ECO RE 630 G makes it easy to navigate through menus and set experimental conditions. Its integrated mini USB interface provides standard connectivity, and other interface modules are available for further integration into digital infrastructures. A key innovation of the model is the easily accessible flow selector on the front panel, which allows the flow between internal and external circulation to be modulated during operation without interruption.
The bath is also designed for efficiency: with an opening width of 150 mm, a depth of 130 mm and a usable depth of 140 mm, the bath offers a total capacity of between 4.6 and 5.7 litres. Its pump system guarantees a maximum flow rate of 22 L/min at a pressure of 0.55 bar, which promotes even temperature distribution. The hydraulic connections are standardised with M16x1 threads and 13 mm end fittings.
The ECO RE 630 G model can be ordered in a 230 V, 50 Hz version with natural refrigerants, in accordance with current environmental standards. In addition, the most efficient units are equipped with the LAUDA SmartCool system, which optimises energy consumption without compromising performance.
Robust and compact, its dimensions (200 x 430 x 581 mm) make it easy to integrate into workbenches or technical environments. Finally, air or water cooling options further expand its integration possibilities.
