ECODRY 65 plus – Clean and quiet performance for your critical applications
The ECODRY 65 plus from Leybold is a dry screw vacuum pump developed to meet the specific needs of technical and scientific environments that require cleanliness, quiet operation and efficiency. With a pumping speed of 55 m³/h, it is a reliable solution for continuous or high-precision applications.
Operating without oil and with air cooling, the ECODRY 65 plus eliminates the risk of contamination of equipment and the environment. It is ideal for installations where vacuum purity is essential, particularly in the fields of analysis, research and vacuum processes.
Quiet operation is a key advantage: with a noise level of less than 52 dB(A), it can be used in noise-sensitive areas such as shared laboratories, technical platforms or collaborative working environments.
With a water vapour pumping capacity of up to 500 g/h, it efficiently handles applications requiring the handling of moisture or light condensables. Its robust design allows it to be used in ambient temperature ranges from +5 °C to +40 °C, ensuring consistent reliability even under varying conditions.
The ECODRY 65 plus is easy to connect thanks to its standardised interfaces: a DN 25 ISO-KF inlet flange and a DN 16 ISO-KF outlet flange. Its weight of 43 kg and dimensions of 320 x 623 x 298 mm make it compact for discreet and integrated installation.
In terms of power supply, it is compatible with voltages of 200–240 V (50/60 Hz) or 120 V (50/60 Hz), with two separate references depending on the voltage range selected. The unit is CE, RoHS and NRTL (cTUVus) certified, ensuring compliance with international standards.
Designed for modular integration, the ECODRY 65 plus can be accompanied by compatible accessories, including power cables according to regional standards, a mounting kit, ballast or purge gas adapters, and USB interfaces for monitoring.
