Mr Blue TRACER - AUTOMATIC CENTERER - BLOCKER

Frame Tracing: Automatic binocular tracing in three dimensions with groove profile measurement.
Automatic Centering: Suitable for unifocal, progressive, bifocal, and executive lenses. Optical center detection from -20.00 to +20.00 D.
Sphere and Cylinder Measurement: From -6.00 to +6.00 D.
Manual Centering: Two-channel optical system with automatic identification of focimeter points.
Shape Modification: Scaling, B-dimension and ½ B-dimension, A-dimension and ½ A-dimension.
Automatic Blocking: Automatic lens block loading and removal in the job axis.

Mr Blue EDGER

Simultaneous Tracing: Tracing of the front and back surfaces of the lens (Essilor patent).
Cycles: Standard, milling, and EAS (Edging Assisted System) cycles.
Finishes: 3D bevel profiling, groove with adjustable width and depth (in 0.05mm steps), and drilling with automatic or customized angle adjustment.
Drilling Capacity: Up to 12 holes per lens.
Flat-edge Polishing and Finishing: Minimum of 17 mm on flat edge and 18.5 mm on bevel.
Speed Variator: Available in 3 or 4 wheel versions for different lens materials (glass, plastic, composite).
