The ELI 10 – A portable, high-performance ECG solution
The Mortara ELI 10 is a 12-lead resting electrocardiograph that combines portability, performance and reliability. Designed to meet the needs of healthcare professionals in a variety of environments, it stands out for its compact size, ease of use and ECG data analysis and transmission capabilities.
The ELI 10 is truly a pocket-sized device, ideal for travel or confined spaces. Its backlit LCD screen provides real-time visualisation of ECG signals, allowing immediate verification of data quality before recording. The user interface is intuitive, with an alphanumeric elastomer keypad and dedicated keys for ECG acquisition and transmission.
One of the major advantages of the ELI 10 is the integration of the VERITAS™ interpretation algorithm, internationally recognised for its accuracy. This tool provides automated analysis of ECG tracings, including specific criteria based on the patient's age and gender, and helps clinicians make a quick and reliable diagnosis.
In terms of connectivity, the ELI 10 offers several options: internal modem, GSM/GPRS module, WLAN and USB port. These interfaces enable ECG transmission to management systems such as E-Scribe™, Athena™, or to third-party systems via XML, PDF, UNIPRO and DICOM® protocols. The device can also receive order lists and customised identification formats, facilitating integration into hospital workflows.
The ELI 10 has an internal memory capable of storing up to 60 ECGs, which can be expanded to 150 as an option. It can be used with a docking station for recharging and connecting to external devices, such as a laser printer or USB stick. ECGs can be printed via the network or directly from the docking station.
Patient safety is ensured by cables with defibrillation protection and compliance with IEC 60601-1 and IEC 60601-2-25 standards. The device is classified as CF type equipment, with defibrillation-resistant applied parts.
