Its advanced and innovative design aims to meet the specific needs of code interventions. Designed for optimal maneuverability, it combines lightweight construction with polymer and tubular steel, and stability with a wide wheelbase to reduce the risk of tipping. Ergonomics are ensured with a strategically positioned handle for maximum control. The convertible wheel system offers positive control during transit and can be adjusted to swivel mode for easy positioning at the code site.

The cart's design ensures simultaneous access for multiple members of the medical team, allowing for quick retrieval of first and second-line medications, IV solutions, and other essential supplies. Various storage spaces are provided, ranging from flip-top compartments to sliding drawers, allowing for quick access and efficient storage. Additionally, security is ensured by a quick-release locking mechanism.

Internal organization is optimized for better identification and easy access to equipment and supplies. Specially designed multifunctional trays and dividers keep ampoules, vials, and other supplies in place and easily recognizable. The Lifeline cart can be upgraded on-site by adding drawers and other accessories, offering great flexibility to adapt to changing needs on the field.

In terms of durability and maintenance, the cart features robust and easily cleanable construction. Removable drawers allow for easy cleaning without requiring tools. The sturdy steel frame ensures rigid support and high load capacity. The rust-resistant, single-piece polymer shell, combined with corrosion and stain-resistant materials, ensures long-lasting durability and ease of maintenance.

• Cart Structure: The cart body is made of blow-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) panels and top, featuring Microban antimicrobial product protection. The top includes an integrated push handle and storage compartment. Side panels come with built-in accessory strips for tool-free assembly of most accessories. The left side panel also features integrated pivot pockets for tilt-out bins, available in locking or non-locking options.

• Frame: The cart frame is constructed from epoxy-coated 14-gauge, cold-rolled steel.

• Locking System: A 12-gauge stainless steel bar with polycarbonate drawer-mounted lock tabs provides the locking mechanism. Passive security is ensured for drawers and optional side bins with a plastic security seal. The locking mechanism offers one or two compartmentalized locking options.

• Steering: Steering is facilitated by a fifth wheel, controlled by squeezing a polymer trigger on the cart handle. When activated, the fifth wheel locks perpendicular to the handle, providing precise control during cart pushing. Releasing the trigger allows all five wheels to swivel, enabling maneuverability in any direction. The fifth wheel is a 4" (102mm) diameter plate caster mounted on a swivel lock mechanism.
