The ENDO-MATE TC2 from NSK is a cordless endodontic micromotor designed to meet practitioners' requirements for precision, safety and comfort. Its ergonomic and lightweight design allows for easy handling, even in hard-to-reach areas. The absence of wires offers total freedom of movement, reducing practitioner fatigue and improving fluidity of movement.
The large LCD screen and 5-button control simplify operation, making the device accessible even during the most complex procedures. The system stores the last settings used, optimising the daily workflow.
Enhanced safety thanks to Auto Reverse technology and alarm system
Safety is at the heart of the ENDO-MATE TC2 design. Its intelligent Auto Reverse function activates automatically when the torque reaches a critical threshold, preventing instrument breakage and reducing metal fatigue. Two audible alarm levels warn the user at 50% and 75% of the preset torque, allowing for quick intervention before the system triggers automatic reversal.
The integrated feedback circuit ensures stable rotation, even with load variations on the handpiece. This stability is essential for precise and effective endodontic treatment. In addition, the device switches off automatically to save energy and enhance safety.
The ENDO-MATE TC2 is compatible with most brands of Ni-Ti files. By selecting the correct reduction ratio, the practitioner can apply the appropriate speed and torque to each file system, ensuring optimal performance.
Customisation and compatibility: a tool tailored to each practitioner
The ENDO-MATE TC2 offers five customisable programmes, allowing the speed, torque, reduction ratio and Auto Reverse mode to be set according to the practitioner's preferences or the requirements of the file system used. This flexibility makes the device particularly suitable for a variety of clinical environments.
The miniature head and slim neck of the handpiece offer excellent visibility and easy access to posterior areas. The system is also compatible with apex locators thanks to the MPA and MPAS heads, which feature a probe ring for direct connection.
Finally, all contra-angles are autoclavable up to 135°C, ensuring optimal hygiene.
